The rent includes:
• Water and electricity, up to a combined maximum of €50 per month.
• Internet.

Additional information:
• To reserve the property, one month's rent must be paid as a security deposit. This will be refunded within the legally established period after the end of the tenancy, provided the property is returned in the same condition in which it was received and all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
• The tenant shall pay one month's rent as the agency fee, plus the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
