The complex is located right in front of the green mountain, which is Selwo Nature Park. This park covers 100 hectares and is home to more than 2,000 animals from the five continents, which you can sometimes hear at night when you are seating outside, imagining you are staying at some African lodge.

The fully gated complex itself is very small, with only 5 elegant buildings of each 3 levels, all facing the community infinity pool. Some people live there full time; however, the majority uses it for holidays only.

The apartment is built modernly, and the interior has been decorated with a touch of Africa. A lot of wooden elements were used combined with natural materials, providing maximum coziness.

A small welcoming entrance hall connects the living room through a small corridor, leading to the open-plan living room with kitchen. The beautiful view immediately catches the eye, with the mesmerizing turquoise color of the infinity pool in the corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with Electrolux appliances, such as an oven, microwave and dishwasher. A small walk-in cupboard hides the washing machine and offers some shelves for cleaning products and washing utensils. There is also a small, inviting kitchen island, ideal for cocktail making or keeping one company whilst cooking. Furthermore, there is a lovely dining area in the corner of the kitchen. The living room is quite spacious and offers 2 comfortable sofas, as well as a Samsung Frame smart TV, which can also be seen from the kitchen.

The covered terrace embraces the living room to the front and side, and a small uncovered private garden lies just before it. The outdoor area breathes a tropical atmosphere, with a sturdy wooden dining table and 2 sunbeds.

Inside, there are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, both looking out into the garden. The master bedroom is foreseen from a super-king sized bed (1.80 m). The second bedroom has a 1.60 m bed.

There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has an exterior window.

The rental price includes use of a parking space in the closed garage underneath the building, as well as a locked storage room next to the parking space.
