It has a large sun terrace with beautiful panoramic sea views.

Pets are not allowed. Maximum 4 people.

This property is rented to people with permanent employment and a payroll or demonstrable solvency. To move in, you must pay 3 monthly payments, which correspond to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's legal deposit, and 1 month's agency fee + VAT. Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.

To schedule a viewing, you must share the following information in writing: who will be living in the apartment, number of adults and children, pets (number and type), and proof of employment/solvency. Without detailed information on work, the owner will not allow it to be shown.
