It is located on the second floor of a building with only 15 units, featuring common areas and a spacious (shared) rooftop terrace with a barbecue and relaxation area.

Rental terms
Available for rent to individuals with a valid employment contract or proven financial stability. Electricity and water bills are paid separately. To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months’ worth of payments: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee (+ VAT).
