The bungalow is fully furnished and ready to move into, making it ideal for an extended holiday while enjoying the island’s wonderful climate. It comprises an open-plan living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious terrace.

The terrace provides direct access to the interior of the bungalow, opening into a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, coffee table, side table and low storage unit with drawers. A wall-mounted television positioned opposite the sofa completes the lounge area.

To the left of this space is the modern kitchen, which is fully furnished and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave. It also features a small table with seating for two.

The main bedroom is accessed from the living room and is furnished with a double bed, floating bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a generously sized built-in wardrobe. A wall-mounted television is positioned above the bedroom door. The room also benefits from an exterior-facing window.

The second bedroom is accessed from the kitchen. Compact and functional, it features a built-in wall unit that unfolds to provide two bunk-style beds. The room also includes a small chest of drawers, a shoe cabinet and a wall-mounted television.

This bedroom features a retractable skylight in the ceiling, providing natural light while also allowing the room to be ventilated.

The bathroom is accessed from the living room and is fully equipped with a shower tray, toilet and vanity unit with storage. It also includes a shelving unit, ideal for storing bathroom essentials. In addition, the room has a tilt-opening window for ventilation.

The private terrace measures 75 m² and is arranged in an L shape. One of the open-air areas is landscaped and furnished with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The next section is covered and features a large dining area with seating for six, ideal for enjoying meals and gatherings with family and friends. Finally, a third covered area features an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue area, sink, ceramic hob and storage cupboards. This area also includes a small dining table for four and a built-in cupboard housing the washing machine.
