San Agustín offers a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere than other tourist areas in the south, while still providing easy access to essential amenities. Las Burras Beach is close by, making it ideal for long walks along the oceanfront. The San Agustín Shopping Centre is also just a short distance away, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and leisure options.

Although the studio is on the first floor, it can be accessed directly from the complex entrance at ground level, with no stairs to climb.

The property has a well-designed layout and a pleasant sense of space thanks to the separation between areas.

On entering, there is a small entrance hall.

To the left, a practical storage unit, ideal for keys and small personal items.

To the right, the full bathroom, with an exterior-facing window for natural light and ventilation. There is a vanity unit with storage drawers, a toilet and a standard-sized shower tray. Due to its orientation, the window receives particularly good natural light during the afternoon.

Along the hallway, on the left there is a spacious built-in wardrobe with generous storage capacity.

On the right, within a slightly recessed area, the sleeping area is visually separated from the rest of the property, providing more privacy. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and storage space. From here, three steps lead down to the living room and kitchen.

The open-plan living and kitchen area is the main living space and benefits from excellent natural light. The living room includes a comfortable two-seater sofa, a wall-mounted television and a small coffee table. It is also equipped with air conditioning.

The open-plan kitchen has a modern design in white tones and includes a refrigerator, hob, sink, storage space and microwave.

From the living area, there is direct access to the private terrace, one of the property’s main highlights. It is furnished with a table and chairs for breakfast, al fresco dining, enjoying a drink or relaxing, and it offers open views towards the sea.

Pets are not permitted.

Price: €900 per month, including Wi-Fi (fibre-optic internet). Water and electricity costs are included up to a combined maximum of €50 per month.

Requirements: one month’s security deposit, the current month’s rent, and one month’s rent as an agency fee, plus 7% IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
