Residential tenancy deductions (Andalusia): 15% with a cap of €600 (€900 with a disability) for current financial years prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions. From 2026, an expansion of the caps to €1,200 and €1,500 (disability) for the upcoming 2027 financial year is announced, subject to the applicable regulations.
