Tenant’s charges (not included in the rent):

- Payment method and frequency: monthly.
- Utilities: they may require changing the account holder depending on conditions and the final agreement with the landlord; for the estimate, the latest invoices are used as a reference. From 2026, an extension of the caps to 1,200 € and 1,500 € (disability) is expected for the next tax year, conditioned on the regulations that apply.
