The property is rented to individuals with a contract or verifiable income.
Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.
Pets are not allowed.

Upon move-in, the following amount is required: 3 months' rent: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (plus VAT).

This agency fee may apply for rentals that are not annual.

To arrange a rental viewing, the following information is required for owner approval: who will be living in the property (number of adults and children, if applicable); whether you have pets (if yes, how many and what type); employment details for each adult; and approximate monthly income with supporting documentation.
