It also benefits from convenient access to the GC-1 motorway and is located close to Telde’s main shopping area.

The property has been completely renovated and refurbished and comprises one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a spacious private terrace of approximately 10 m² offering beautiful sea views.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a bright living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted television and storage furniture. The private terrace can be accessed directly from the living room.

The terrace, measuring approximately 10 m², features wooden flooring, an outdoor table and chairs, and a small pergola providing a covered area. It also includes a storage cupboard.
