• Water and electricity up to a combined maximum of €50 per month. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be paid by the tenant.

Rental conditions:
The property is offered exclusively as a winter seasonal rental, for a period of 6 to 10 months. It is not intended to be used as a permanent residence or as a holiday rental.
To reserve the property, one month's security deposit will be required. This deposit will be returned within the legally established period once the rental has ended and the property has been handed back to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that all the conditions of the rental agreement have been fulfilled.
As this is a seasonal rental agreement, the regulations regarding estate agency fees applicable to permanent residential rental contracts do not apply. In this type of rental, the tenant is responsible for paying one month's agency fee plus the corresponding IGIC.
