- 1 full bathroom.

- Cozy living-dining room. With a 55" Smart TV with a wall-mounted rotating and extendable bracket.

- Separate fully equipped kitchen: combi fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, and an integrated reverse osmosis water filtration system on the tap.

- All windows have retractable insect screens and aluminum shutters.
- Clothes drying rack in the interior patio, with access from the bedroom windows.

Optional garage parking space of 12 m2 in the building itself, with direct access to the home via elevator.
If you want the garage parking space, you would need to add 100 € more to the rent for that space.

New security door and lock, with 1 year of age.

Rental dates and conditions

- Scheduled viewings: available starting 16 September.
- Move-in date: starting in early November.

Requirements: documentation will be requested to prove economic solvency (employment contract and most recent pay slips) for the assessment of financial viability and the non-payment insurance.

Note about the photographic material

The photos currently published will be gradually updated over the next few weeks with recent images, as the property remains occupied up to the availability date. The only things that may differ from the final photos are decoration items, wall paint, or some auxiliary furniture.

The home is rented fully furnished for you to move in and live there, including sheets, towels, and kitchenware. It is surrounded by essential services and is perfectly connected by multiple public transport options.
