Your own house on one level
The first thing I have to highlight—and that I know isn’t typical—is that you have two areas where you can cultivate if you want to. Want flowers? You’ll have them. And if what you feel like is having your own self-sufficiency vegetable garden, that’s also possible.

As for the home, when you enter you’ll find an open-plan space with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. What will catch your attention is a large window that takes up almost the entire exterior wall: it brings in plenty of light and offers views of the sea of banana trees so typical of this area of Barlovento.

The kitchen includes a cooktop, refrigerator, and washing machine. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom.

The property is delivered unfurnished so you can decorate it to your taste, but if you need furniture, it can be considered.

Your little piece of land to grow whatever you want
Next to the house, you’ll have two small plots of land for private use: a manageable space where you can plant some vegetables, flowers, or aromatic herbs—or whatever you want.

Extra space: storage room and outdoor parking
Yes, the home is small. That’s why you’ll also have an independent storage room with a window, located just a few meters away. In addition, you’ll have space to park your car outside, within the estate grounds.

How is it to live in Lomo Machín?
The house is on an estate, surrounded by banana groves:
- 4 minutes by car from La Fajana.
- 8 minutes from Barlovento.
- 11 minutes from San Andrés y Sauces, with supermarkets and services.
- Nearby one-teacher school, school in Barlovento, and institute in San Andrés y Sauces.

You need a car. If you rely on public transportation, this property is not for you.

Questions you might ask yourself
Does it have fiber optics?
No. Mobile coverage works well, and the neighbors use mobile internet to work, watch television, or access platforms.

Are animals allowed?
Each case will be considered. In the area there may be other animals, so they will need to coexist without causing problems. Their caretakers must respect the neighbors, take care of the property, and keep the spaces clean.

How much does it cost?
€450 per month, with storage room and outdoor parking within the estate grounds included.
Electricity, water, and waste are paid by the tenant. IBI is paid by the property owner.

Rental conditions
- Deposit: one month’s rent.
- Additional guarantees may be requested.
- Minimum household income: €1,350 per month.
- Creditworthiness must be proven before the visit. Income that can’t be justified will not be accepted.

- If you have a car and meet the requirements, the documentation will be reviewed before scheduling the visit.
- It will be handled in the order of contact. If the home has already been rented or is being considered for another candidate, it will not be possible to continue.
