Now that summer is over and school is starting, we are renting out this one-bedroom apartment from September of this year until the end of June next year.

It has only one bedroom but it is large, a full bathroom, a separate kitchen, a large south-facing terrace of more than 20 m2, a parking space in the basement of the same residential complex, and a communal swimming pool... and all the light of the Mediterranean, with excellent views of the bay.

Don’t think about it too much, because it won’t last on the market, as whenever we put an apartment with a good value-for-money ratio on offer—like this one—it doesn’t.

Proof of employment contract or appointment is required, two months’ rent as a deposit that is returned at the end, and passing the rent default insurance screening, which is handled by the owners.

Very well connected, being just a few meters from the new Aguadulce exit to the A7 motorway.
