The property is located within a well-maintained complex featuring a communal swimming pool, a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, landscaped gardens, and two access points.

The studio benefits from a spacious private terrace furnished with a table and four chairs, as well as a manual awning, creating a pleasant outdoor area where you can enjoy Puerto Rico’s excellent climate throughout the year. The property is accessed via a short flight of steps leading directly to the terrace. One of the outdoor cupboards houses the washing machine, while the other provides additional storage space.

Upon entering the property, you will find the open-plan living room and kitchen, arranged to create a functional and welcoming space. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, and four-ring ceramic hob. The living area features a sofa bed, coffee table, and wall-mounted television. Beneath the television is a practical table that can be used either for dining or as a workspace.

Next is the sleeping area, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, as well as exterior-facing windows.

Adjacent to the sleeping area is a modern bathroom equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and spacious walk-in shower.
