Type and purpose of the contract: This property is rented under a seasonal lease, intended to meet accommodation needs for a limited period. The purpose of the rental may include, among other duly justified reasons:

Proof of financial solvency and income is required, as well as two months’ rent as the statutory deposit, pursuant to Article 36.1 of the Urban Tenancy Act, plus one month’s rent in professional agency fees, together with any legally applicable taxes.
