This is a large 3rd floor apartment for long-term rental, situated in the city center of Gandia, in the province of Valencia, Spain.

Gandia, now a property hotspot for rentals, of which they are very few to find, especially for this monthly price and location, the apartment is within walking distance of the main Paseo, supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants, just a few minutes' walk from 2 parks, the main high street, Calle Mayor, and just a short drive or bus ride to the fantastic beach of Playa de Gandia.

The apartment is being rented with all the furniture included, so ready to move in and live, and consists of a large lounge diner with balcony terrace, a kitchen that leads out to a glazed utility room, a bathroom, 2 storage cupboards, and 3 double bedrooms. There is air conditioning installed.

Important note, this is a third-floor apartment in a building with no lift.

We have the keys and the apartment can be shown at short notice.

The owner is looking for good, reliable renters, therefore will request the following for all adults who will be renting, for the rental payment insurance:
Work contract or proof of pension.
If working, last tax return and 3 most recent wage slips.
Please note, on a rental value of 700 euros a month, the net income of the renters will have to be a minimum of 1,750 euros a month.
A copy of all the renters' ID cards.

If you are not a Spanish resident, the insurance company will cover you; therefore, you will need to pay 12 months' rent in advance.

If you would like to rent the property after viewing it, we will send your documentation to ARAG SE, the company that provides insurance against rental non-payment, to see if you pass the scoring. If you pass, only then will a contract be made.

Other terms.
The renter will pay the electricity and water bills, internet, and rubbish tax.
The renter will pay one month's security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the rental period, should the apartment be in the same condition as when it was rented and provided there are no outstanding utility bills.
The owner will pay the council tax and the community fees.
