Upon entering the property, you have direct access to the interior. The bathroom is located on the left, followed by the two bedrooms. At the far end of the property is the terrace, providing a pleasant outdoor space in which to relax. It is furnished with a table and four chairs, as well as a sun lounger.

The living area, with its open-plan, fully furnished and equipped kitchen, forms the welcoming heart of the property. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, among other appliances, and there is also a washing machine. For additional comfort, the living room is equipped with air conditioning.

The bungalow is rented fully furnished and equipped.

Rental price: €1,500 per month, including Wi-Fi. Water and electricity are included in the rental price up to a combined limit of €50 per month. Any consumption exceeding this amount shall be payable by the tenant.

Conditions: Proof of sufficient financial solvency is required. One month’s rent is required as a security deposit, together with the current month’s rent and one month’s rent as an agency fee, plus 7% IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
