Rental terms

Price: €1,050 per month. Fibre-optic internet is included. Water and electricity costs are included up to a combined maximum of €50 per month. Any consumption exceeding this amount will be charged separately.

Conditions

Proof of financial solvency is required. One month’s security deposit, the current month’s rent, and one month’s rent as agency fees, plus 7% IGIC, are payable.
