To secure the property, one month's deposit is required. The deposit will be returned within the legally established period after the end of the tenancy and handover of the property, provided that the property is returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental and all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
As this is a seasonal rental, the tenant will be responsible for one month's agency fee.
