This beautiful, cosy stone cottage is set in a peaceful rural location in the heart of Mallorca, just 1.8 km from the village of Porreres. It is ideal for two adults and two children, offering privacy, comfort and an authentic Mallorcan countryside experience.

Inside:
The south-west-facing cottage was built to our own design and features a cosy open-plan living area with a traditional enclosed wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and an antique dining table for four.

There is one double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a separate dressing room, one bathroom with bathtub, and an attic sleeping area for two children. The attic has a 2 x 2 m futon mattress, reading lights and a charming arched window overlooking the garden. Please note that the attic is accessed by a wooden ladder.

Outdoor Living & Privacy:
The cottage is surrounded by terraces leading onto the private garden, with sunny and shaded spaces throughout the day. One terrace is waterproof, allowing belongings to be left outside overnight.

Although we live on the same large property, our home is completely separate from the cottage and your privacy is always respected. We live with our two friendly dogs and two cats, who are part of life here but will never interfere with your stay.

A Few Special Touches:
The cottage is powered by solar energy and has its own artesian well providing excellent drinking water. Essential household and cooking supplies are provided, together with a small welcome treat on arrival.

Rental conditions: €1,800/month. Firewood charged separately.
