Important information

This property is available for temporary rental / monthly rental. This price applies to contracts of 4 months or more. Contracts of less than 3 months may be subject to a price increase. Please note:

- Both parties (landlord and tenant) must have signed the temporary rental agreement no later than the day before check-in.

- Utilities are not included.

- A €140 cleaning fee must be paid at the end of your stay.

- For one-month bookings, the deposit will be half a month’s rent. For bookings of more than one month, a full month’s rent will be required as a deposit.
