The duplex is distributed over two floors:

Ground floor: Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a cosy living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a four-ring hob and dishwasher.

This floor also features a smaller bedroom equipped with a 90 cm single bed, a two-door wardrobe and an exterior-facing window, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washbasin unit.
