Upon entering the property, a hallway provides access to the different rooms. On the right-hand side is the spacious and bright living room, featuring a comfortable sofa area where a television will be installed, as well as a small dining area.

Next is the separate kitchen, which is brand new and fully equipped. It features a hob, oven and kitchenware, as well as everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

On the left-hand side of the hallway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower. Next is the auxiliary room, a versatile space that can be adapted to suit the tenant’s needs. The owner can equip it as a bedroom, adding a bed and wardrobe, or as a workspace with a desk.

Finally, there is the main bedroom, facing the street and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The property features an internal lightwell that provides natural light and ventilation to the different rooms, with the exception of the main bedroom, which has a window facing the street.
