Availability and rental terms

The villa is available from 7 November 2026, with preference given to a twelve-month tenancy, either furnished or unfurnished. By mutual agreement, an extension may be arranged within the planned rental period, up to the end of September 2029 at the latest.

The owners plan to relocate to Spain afterwards and use the villa as their own home. The intended rental period is therefore just under three years. The owners’ planned personal use and the relevant conditions will be set out in the tenancy agreement.
