The property is situated on the second and top floor of a building with a lift, within a peaceful residential community offering access for people with reduced mobility.

The area offers a wide range of amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, sports facilities, medical centres and public transport. In addition, the convenient connection to the GC-1 motorway provides easy access to the airport and other parts of Gran Canaria.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a guest toilet, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a terrace.

Upon entering the property, there is an entrance hall with shoe storage furniture. To the left is the main bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. Continuing along the hallway, on the right-hand side, are the two bedrooms and a guest toilet fitted with a washbasin and toilet.

Rental price and expenses

Rental conditions

Proof of financial solvency is required, along with a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and payment of the current month's rent.

Strictly seasonal rental. Tenants must have a valid reason for temporary accommodation, duly justified and supported by documentary evidence. This reason must be expressly stated in the rental contract. The property may not be used as the tenant's habitual or permanent residence.
