Set in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by banana plantations, gardens and palm trees, this property is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, privacy and a unique living experience. The estate offers mountain views and spacious outdoor areas for enjoying the open air. There is also the opportunity to participate in activities related to banana cultivation.

The property benefits from private parking for several vehicles and is divided into three main areas: the main house, an independent studio and a spacious outdoor area with a barbecue and terrace.

The barbecue area is fully covered and equipped with a wood-fired oven, a large dining table, a guest toilet and a lounge area with refrigerators. From here, there is access to the large terrace, which connects the different outdoor spaces and features al fresco dining areas, a chill-out area, a jacuzzi, outdoor showers and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upon entering the main house, you are welcomed into a glass-enclosed lounge furnished with rattan armchairs and offering views of the surrounding outdoor areas. From this room, there is access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a double refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, ceramic hob and all necessary kitchenware.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living and dining room, featuring parquet flooring, large windows, a rattan dining set and a comfortable seating area with a 70-inch television.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom features a large bed, dressing table area, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a bed, a wall-to-wall wardrobe and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

Opposite the main house is the independent studio, accessed via a short staircase. It features a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, ideal for preparing breakfast and light snacks.

This reason must be expressly stated in the rental agreement. The property may not be used as the tenant's habitual or permanent residence.
