In certain cases, a simple property registry extract for a property in Spain may be requested as additional security.
Important: All documentation provided must relate to income or assets located in Spain.

Approved financial terms
2 months’ statutory deposit.
2 months’ additional security deposit.
1 month’s rent in advance.

Keys are expected to be handed over in April 2026.

Payment method:

Reservation: 1 month’s rent as a reservation fee.
Remaining payments: All other amounts are payable upon signing the contract and handover of the keys.

Note for clients with income from abroad:

Clients whose income comes from abroad may rent the property through one of the following options:
A guarantor with income in Spain, who must pass the financial solvency assessment and be present when the contract is signed.

A bank guarantee issued by a Spanish bank, for an amount equivalent to one year’s rent, payable on first demand and renewable annually until the end of the contract.
