Maybe you’re one of them. Or maybe you take every opportunity to go for a dip. That’s up to you. Just in case, there are two here: one for adults and one for children. But perhaps the pools aren’t what will make you keep reading.

Your dog or cat is welcome here too.
And if you have a cat, there’s even an area set up as a scratching post. Whether they use it or prefer the box from your last delivery is up to them.

This apartment is in Llano del Camello, San Miguel de Abona, in a quiet residential complex where most residents live here year-round, although there are also some holiday apartments.

One bedroom and space for your belongings
The property has a living-dining room with a fitted kitchen, including an oven; a bathroom with a shower tray; and a bedroom with a double bed.

But there’s something worth highlighting: storage. There’s a large wardrobe, a spacious chest of drawers, and a bed with a lift-up storage base. Because living in a one-bedroom apartment doesn’t mean you have to keep your winter clothes at your mother’s house.

There’s also a balcony overlooking the pools, where you can have breakfast, get some fresh air, or simply unwind for a while.

Two pools and a residential complex

One pool for adults and another for children, as well as a separate area with a playground and swings.

The property includes a spacious parking space. To give you an idea, the owners have managed to park a car and a motorbike there, depending on their size.

Wi-Fi is included. The alarm system is also still installed in case you’d like to subscribe to the service in your own name.

Living in Llano del Camello

You’ll be in a residential area of San Miguel de Abona, near Las Chafiras, with supermarkets, shops, schools, pharmacies, and other services nearby.

You’ll also have good access to the TF-1 for getting around the south of Tenerife.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Tell us what kind of pet you’d be bringing so we can confirm the conditions.

Is it a large home?
No. It has one bedroom, 41.51 m2 of registered usable living space, and a 3.51 m2 usable balcony. It may be especially practical for one person or a couple.

How much does it cost?
€920 per month, including a parking space and Wi-Fi.

What about the alarm?
The system remains installed in the property, but the tenant is responsible for the subscription and cost if they wish to use it.

Rental terms
We prefer a stable, long-term rental.

Monthly rent: €920.
Statutory deposit: €920 (one month’s rent).
Minimum verifiable household income: €2,760 per month, equivalent to three times the rent.
Water, electricity, and rubbish collection: paid by the tenant.
Property tax and community fees: paid by the owner.
The owner is not classified as a large-scale property owner.
The real estate agency does not charge the tenant management or agency fees.

Financial solvency must be documented before arranging a viewing. Income that cannot be supported by documentary evidence will not be considered, and one or more guarantors may be requested, depending on your financial profile.

The move-in date will be confirmed before the rental agreement is finalized.
