Rent review: The I.N.E. will publish the I.R.A.V. (Residential Lease Reference Index) monthly on its website. The rent will be reviewed annually in accordance with the applicable official index, Article 18 of the LAU and the regulations in force on the date of the adjustment.
Payment method and frequency: monthly.
Utilities: The utility accounts may be transferred into the tenant’s name, subject to the relevant conditions and a final agreement with the owner. The latest bills will be used as a reference for estimating costs. These expenses will be based on bills for water (Emasesa/Aljarafesa), electricity (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.), natural gas (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.) and/or bottled butane gas (current price per cylinder).
