You entry the property from the porch area into the open plan lounge with open fire place, dining and kitchen area. Next is the hallway, to the left is the first downstairs bedroom, then the bathroom, to the right is the second bedroom. 2 more double bedrooms are upstairs.

Back on the porch is where there is a BBQ area over looking the fantastic views and pool area.

Mains water is connected. Electric is via solar. Internet is connected. Water and Internet are to be paid separately.

Just a 3 minute drive to Taberno village with shop, bar/restaurant, doctors, chemist and school. 25 mins drive to the thriving market town of Huercal-Overa with a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital, sports & leisure facilities, animal park, historical buildings, traditional festivities and twice weekly market (Mon /& Thursday). 20 minutes to Albox Town and 45 to 50 mins drive to the coast at Vera, Garrucha or Mojacar.
