Charges payable by the tenant (renter), not included in the rent:
- Deposit: one month’s rent for housing, or two months’ rent for other properties.
- Rent review: the I.R.A.V. (Housing Rent Reference Index) will be published monthly. The rent will be reviewed annually according to the applicable official index.
- Payment method and frequency: monthly.
- Utilities: ownership may change depending on conditions and final agreement; the most recent bills will be used as reference (water: Emasesa/Aljarafesa; electricity: Endesa/Iberdrola; natural gas: Endesa/Iberdrola and/or bottled gas, depending on the current price of the gas cylinder).

Landlord’s agency fees (property owner): included in the prior services agreement with the landlord.

Agency fees charged to the tenant (renter):
- For habitual residence: 0 €. Real-estate management and contract formalization costs are borne by the landlord.
- For use other than habitual residence: 1 month’s rent.

Deductions for rental tenants of housing (indicative, Andalusia): 15% with a cap of €600 (€900 with disability) for tax years in effect prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions. From 2026, the caps are planned to be increased to €1,200 and €1,500 (disability) for the next tax year 2027, conditional on the applicable regulations.
