The price for long-term rental in winter is 890€/month (November to April), 1090€/month for May, June, September and October, and 2900€/month for July and August. Electricity, water and internet are to be paid per bill.

Refundable damage deposit is 2000€. The final cleaning fee is 95€.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca South (Alicante), and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to the AP7 motorway and N332 national road, it offers easy access to Alicante Airport (50 km) and Murcia Corvera Airport (50 km). The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks that stretch from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is only a 10-minute drive away, with its water parks, beaches, Salt Lake and shopping facilities. The University Hospital of Torrevieja is less than 1.5 km away, where English is widely understood. Elche is 30 km away, with its lovely safari park for kids. Also in the area are golf resorts within a few minutes' drive, go-karts, rooftop mini golf, bowling, a casino and a few markets: Cabo Roig (Thursday), Torrevieja (Friday), and Playa Flamenca (Saturday). The famous La Manga Club Resort is just a 40-minute drive away. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horadada and many others each have their own beaches and plenty of entertainment.
