The Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is within a 5-minute drive, where you can enjoy its fantastic array of designer shops, kids' play area, restaurants and bars, and free entertainment during the day and evenings.

The townhouse is furnished to a high standard with floor heating in the bathrooms, central air conditioning, fibre optic internet, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, coffee machine, and kitchen towels. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, bath towels, and BBQ unit. Airport transportation can be arranged upon request.

A refundable €2,000 damage deposit is required for long-term rental at the time of booking (this is refunded within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items are identified). The final cleaning fee of €100 is required.

The price for long-term rental doesn't include utilities. The price for long-term rental in May, June, September, and October is €1,500/month. The price in July and August is €3,000/month. Long-term rental minimum 2 months. Long-term rental up to a year or longer can be discussed.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to the AP7 motorway, making it easy to access Alicante Airport (50 km) and the newly opened Corvera Murcia Airport (50 km). The N332 national road passes through Cabo Roig. A car is recommended for excursions, although not essential for daily life, as shops, bars, restaurants, a fuel station, ATM, and local shopping centre are within walking distance.
