This flat is the top floor, this is the second floor of the block, has lift but there are some stairs to get the lift. Community storeroom for bicycles.
There is garden and community pool, but it is closed during winters.
The flat was completely reformed 2 years ago, on May 2021 was reformed one of the bathrooms, on May 2022 will be reformed the master bathroom and will be installed air conditioning in the living room.
