This is a fantastic 3 bed 3 bath villa with a family sized heated pool located on a large corner plot on the La Torre golf resort, arranged over 2 levels with full central heating and built-in air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms.
The lounge has two 3 seat sofas, one of which also converts to a fold out bed if required, a 40” LED smart TV with UK and European TV channels, a DVD player with a variety of films and high speed WiFi internet access.
The dining area has a large solid wood table with 6 chairs, with a child hi-chair available on request.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite work surfaces, with a washing machine in the separate utility room.

Master bedroom (1st floor): Double bed, built in wardrobes and in-suite with a bath and shower above. There is a small front balcony and a larger sun terrace at the rear over-looking the pool and garden. Built-in remote control air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 2 (1st floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes and in-suite with shower. Built-in remote control air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 3 (Ground floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes, and built-in remote control air conditioning unit. There is a bathroom next door which consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

Garden: Large corner plot with a heated 8m x 4m swimming pool, (pool heating is optional and at an additional cost). The patio behind the house has a wooden shaded dining area with 6 seat table, and a large gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for sun-bathing.

Please note pool heating will be charged at €15 per night, payable on arrival to the keyholder.

These rates apply only from middle of September to the end of March.
