The apartment is of recent construction, with modern finishes, located in Jardines de Pinos, which has a large pool and surrounding patio, on the edge of Pinos del Valle. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is suitable for three people, with the possibility of occasional visitors on the sofabed in the living room.

The apartment has its own private terrace and open plan living room kitchen looking both ways to the east (the pool) and the west (the private terrace with great views of the Sierra Nevada). There is a washing machine, newly fitted kitchen, and dining area both inside and outside. Communal Wifi signal is included, TV. Other utilities (electricity, water etc) to the account of the renter.

Pinos del Valle is a large village located some 40 km south from Granada and 30 km from the beach with good motorway connections to both. The village has several shops, a butcher, baker, bar/restaurant and pharmacy all within walking distance of the apartment.

Within easy reach is the village of Restabal, which has more restaurant/bars and shops. Other places you can drive to within 30 minutes are Durcal (with two main supermarkets), Lanjaron (a famous spa town) and Niguelas (famous for its music festivals, markets and fiestas)

The pool is shared with seven other apartments/townhouses and we keep it open all year. We live in the area and we maintain the pool and other critical infrastructure.
