A few steps lead us to a large terrace that invites us to enter the house, which is distributed on one floor. As soon as we enter, we find a spacious living-dining room with white and beige tones, which provide warmth and tranquillity, and, at the back, a simple and modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped.

To the side of the dining room are the bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are doubles, with built-in wardrobes and a very charming decoration that invites you to relax. One of the bedrooms has a window to the outside and the other one has a window and a window with an exit to the front terrace.

A large window leaves the kitchen behind and leads to the back patio, very intimate and quiet, with an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. The terraces offered by this house are perfect for enjoying sunny days and cool evenings.

The location of this house is ideal, as it is in a very quiet area and close to the sea.
