The property is located in the picturesque neighborhood of El Ingenio de Santa Lucía, part of the town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The neighborhood is 10 minutes away from the town of Santa Lucía and approx. 40 minutes by car from the coast/Vecindario.

In the middle of this beautiful neighborhood of old rural farmhouses, near “Casa Rural La Labranza” and the “Bar Silencio de Flora,” you’ll find this charming house, which includes the following areas: the main area with air conditioning has a kitchen (equipped with a 3-burner vitro hob, grill microwave, extractor hood, and refrigerator), and a combined living-dining room, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower at floor level and a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90 m in the attic, and a terrace with masonry benches and a table with terrace chairs.

The owners have taken care of every typical detail of the traditional architecture of this area and carried out the renovation work with great care and affection: thick stone walls and a two-slope roof with Canary tiles, the old door lintels above the doors, a masonry kitchen with curtains in an old style, rustic tiled floors, masonry and stone benches on the exterior, and interior wooden doors-windows-roof.

Access to the house is on foot through a narrow cobblestone lane; however, parking for 1 vehicle is available about 300 m away.

The neighborhood has a bar/guachinche and the municipal oil mill of Santa Lucía; however, the next bus stop (Line 34) and all other basic services, such as a medical center, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, etc., are located in the town of Santa Lucía.

Pets are not allowed. The rental price does not include water, electricity, and internet costs. It is rented to a single person.

A one-month rent payment is requested as a security deposit, and the move-in month for your booking.
