This small jewel of an old Canarian house, whose full renovation is relatively recent, is located in the picturesque neighborhood of El Ingenio de Santa Lucía, belonging to the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana (note: do not confuse it with the town of Ingenio, between Aguimes and Carrizal). The neighborhood is about a 10-minute drive from the town of Santa Lucía itself and about 40 minutes from the coast/Vecindario.

Amid this lovely setting of peasant houses sits this cozy dwelling, which offers a main living area with air conditioning integrated into a single space with kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a three-burner hob, microwave with grill, extractor and fridge. The bathroom is complete, with a floor-level shower and washing machine. The bedroom is in the attic and has a double bed of 1.40 x 1.90 m. Outside, the terrace has a barbecue and masonry benches.

The owners have taken care of every detail typical of traditional Canarian architecture, preserving thick stone walls, the two-slope roof with Canarian tiles, the old wooden lintels, the kitchen of adobe with curtains in a classic style and rustic tile floors. The setup creates an authentic, warm and very welcoming atmosphere.

Access to the house is only on foot through a narrow cobbled alley. However, there is a parking space for one vehicle about 300 meters away.

The neighborhood has a small shop selling oil and vinegar, a bar/guachinche and the municipal oil mill. The bus stop (line 34) and the main services — supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, gas station, etc.— are located in the town of Santa Lucía.

Pets are not allowed.

To formalize the reservation, a security deposit of €350 and an additional €350 for real estate fees are required.
