Rental conditions
• Utilities: Water and electricity included up to a combined maximum of €50 per month. Any consumption exceeding this amount will be payable by the tenant.
• Internet: Included in the rental price.
• Final cleaning: An additional fee of €100 applies for final cleaning. This amount is non-refundable.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Security deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to confirm the booking. It will be refunded within the legally established period following the end of the tenancy and handover of the property, provided that the property is returned in the same condition in which it was received and all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.

Purpose of the tenancy
The property is offered exclusively for seasonal rental and is not intended to meet any permanent or habitual housing needs, nor is it available for tourist or holiday accommodation.
The tenant must provide evidence of a temporary accommodation need, separate from their habitual residence, and must maintain their habitual residence outside the rented property throughout the entire term of the agreement.
