In the summer months the house is reserved.
The tenancy period is defined by the need and must be verifiable with documentation proving that need. The search for other long-term housing is not accepted as a reason for the tenancy period because in that case the real need is not temporary, but long-term.
We emphasize that it is not mandatory to sign 11-month seasonal contracts. It can be a season of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and even a season of 3 years, as long as that is the real need and it is properly evidenced and certified.
To prove it is essential to have a main residence, proving it with documentation that validates it such as the income tax return (model 100) if owned, or the rental contract and the latest rent receipt if living in a rented home, and the documentation that validates the reason for that move is studies, work, holidays, etc.

If the above requirements are not met, personal guarantees, bank guarantees, more months of security as additional guarantee, rent guarantee insurance (increasing the rent to cover the cost of these insurances), etc., may be offered.
