Exclusive seasonal rental for vacation, leisure, or recreational use, from September 15 to June 15.
During the summer months, the house is booked.
The rental term is determined by need, and it must be supported with documentation that validates it. Searching for other long-term rentals is not accepted as a reason for the rental term; in that case, the actual need is not temporary, but for long-term.
We clarify that it is not mandatory to sign seasonal contracts for 11 months. The season may be 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and even a 3-year season, as long as that is the real need and it is validly supported and certified.
To prove it, it is essential to have a habitual residence, supported with documentation that validates it, such as the rent (model 100) if it is owned, or the rental agreement and the most recent rent receipt up to date in payment if they live in a rented home.

Alternative guarantees: If the solvency thresholds are not reached, the transaction will be subject to the provision of personal guarantors, bank guarantees, or additional compliance guarantees accepted by the property.

- Employees (salaried): photocopy of ID card (DNI), employment contract, last 3 pay slips, last income tax return (model 100), and employment history report (current date).

Contract terms:
- 2 months’ deposit (fianza).
- Current month (or full season, as agreed).
- Agency fees: 1 monthly payment + VAT.

- Utilities deposit: a deposit of €50 will be requested for each contract month and for each individual utility supply (e.g., electricity, water, gas). This amount will be settled at the end of the contract based on actual consumption.
