Our agency offers an apartment for rent located in a residential area in San Agustin. The residential area has a private entrance, well-maintained gardens, a communal roof terrace, and parking close to the property.

It is available for a minimum stay of 3 months and a maximum of 6, with utilities included up to a limit of 50 euros. Pets are not allowed. Capacity for 3 people.

It consists of a terrace with a barbecue area, a living room, a dining room with a minibar, a full bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with high-quality appliances, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom.

Close to service areas such as bus stop, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, hospital, Swedish school and a few minutes walk from the beach.

Due to the high occupancy of the property, viewings will be allowed starting in December.
Stable financial conditions required.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid ID, such as a DNI, NIE, or passport, prior to the viewing. They will also be required to sign a viewing sheet upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial deposit of 1 month is required (to be returned within the legal deadlines, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that the condition of the property is the same as at the time of handover to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that the property management fees and contract formalization fees shall be borne by the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to leases for non-residential use, such as those for commercial premises, or to seasonal leases. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Tax Income Tax).
