Rental price: €1,500 per month, including internet, water, and electricity, up to a combined maximum of €100 per month for water and electricity.

Rental conditions. Proof of financial solvency is required. Upon signing the contract, the tenant must pay:

One month's rent as a security deposit.
The current month's rent.
One month's rent plus 7% IGIC as professional agency fees.
