(The electricity consumption of the jacuzzi included in the price is 12 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption above this limit would have to be paid separately.)

Located in an exceptional natural environment, in a quiet area and surrounded by typical crops of the region (olive trees, almond trees...) and fruit trees, ideal for nature lovers.

The house is located 5 km from the village of Cómpeta (3 km are unpaved roads). Cómpeta is a typical white village in the Axarquía, Malaga, with great charm, located at the foot of the natural park with a wide range of activities such as hiking trails and horseback riding. The town also has a wide gastronomic offer. In the summer months, in addition to the traditional village festivals, there is usually live music on the terraces of the bars and restaurants.

On the other hand, it is 10 km from the beach of Torrox (1.5 km are unpaved roads). Torrox is considered the town with the best climate in Europe, with more than 320 days of sunshine a year.

It is an ideal house for a quiet and intimate holiday, and only 30 minutes from the beach by car.
