A wonderful apartment is available for rent in the southern area of Gran Canaria, specifically in San Agustín, where you can enjoy a wonderful climate all year round. It is strategically located in a residential area, 300 meters from San Agustín Beach and a few kilometers from Las Burras Beach. It is close to all amenities: shopping center, medical center, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transportation services.

The complex is very quiet and consists of 10 apartments in total. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a terrace, a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The layout of the apartment is as follows:

Right at the entrance of the property, there is a small terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find the living room with a sofa bed and a small table on one side, and on the other side, a TV unit. Before reaching the kitchen, there is a small dining area. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. Next, there is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a dresser, and then a double bedroom with a double bed, nightstand, and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern, with a toilet, sink, and a large shower. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, and both bedrooms have exterior windows.

Outside the property, there is a small hallway with a laundry area and a small storage room.

No pets are allowed.

The monthly rent is €1,350.00 with Internet included. Water and electricity is included (limit 60€)

Conditions: Economic solvency is required. One month's deposit, the current month's rent, and one month's rent as agency fees + 7% IGIC.
