This spectacular bungalow is located in one of the most privileged areas of the South of the Island. This bungalow, located in San Agustín, is right on the beach promenade, just a few meters from Las Burras Beach and El Veril Beach, and a short distance from Playa del Inglés. It is strategically well located, near the GC1 highway and all amenities: medical center, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

The bungalow is spacious, bright, and fully furnished, ready to move in. The bungalow has two floors. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room-kitchen, and a terrace.

As soon as you enter the bungalow, you are greeted by a small terrace with sun loungers facing the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for enjoying the good weather that lasts all year round on the island. Then, you access a second terrace, part of the bungalow, where there is a dining area for six people.

Once inside, you’ll find the living room-kitchen area. The living room is spacious, featuring an L-shaped sofa bed, a small table on one side, and a TV unit with drawers and cabinets. Next, you’ll find the American-style kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, with a breakfast bar separating it from the living room. Next to the kitchen, there are three steps leading to a bedroom and a bathroom. You’ll also find the stairs to the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds pushed together, a small chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and windows that bring in plenty of natural light. From the same hallway that leads to the bedroom, you also have access to a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower.

On the upper floor, there is the second bedroom, also with large windows to the outside, two single beds, and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. There is also a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

The complex is private, with very few bungalow units, and can be accessed through two different entrances, either from the beach or the main entrance of the complex.

The monthly rent is €2,300. Water, electricity, and internet costs are included in the price.
