Rental conditions
Available to individuals with an employment contract or demonstrable financial solvency.
Wi-Fi, garden and pool maintenance, water, and electricity are included in the price.
Upon move-in, a payment equivalent to 3 months' rent is required, consisting of: 1 month’s rent, a €3,000 security deposit, and a 1-month statutory deposit (plus applicable VAT).
A cleaning fee of €250 must also be paid.
An agency brokerage fee is charged to the tenant for non-annual temporary residential rentals (non-vacation rentals).
