The bungalow is fully furnished and ready to move into. The property features a spacious private terrace/garden (where the kitchen is located), a living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

Upon entering the property, you’ll find the most distinctive feature: a spacious L-shaped terrace/garden, divided into two sections. The first section is open-air, with fruit trees including soursop, banana, papaya, and mango. In one corner, there is a cabinet housing the washer and dishwasher. The other part of the terrace/exterior is covered, with the kitchen located here. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances. Additionally, there is a large dining area with a television, ideal for enjoying meals and gatherings outdoors and taking advantage of the wonderful weather that the island offers year-round.

Inside the bungalow, there is a living room with a sofa bed on one side and a unit for the television. Next, we find the second, smaller dining area, and at the back, a built-in wardrobe. To the right, there is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a custom wardrobe. Right next door is the bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower.

The bungalow is very bright, as all windows face the outside; both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Price: €1,500 per month with internet (fiber optic) included. Water and electricity expenses are not included.
