This modern and recently renovated bungalow for rent in one of the most privileged and quiet areas of Campo Internacional de Maspalomas. Close to the dunes and Maspalomas beach, as well as to all amenities (supermarkets, leisure areas, public transport services, etc.), which makes your stay on the island as comfortable as possible.
The bungalow is spacious, bright, and fully furnished, where its private terrace of approximately 100 m² in a U-shape stands out. The property consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a terrace.

As soon as we enter the plot, its spectacular terrace welcomes us, where in front we find garden tables and armchairs, followed by a sunbed area with a small umbrella. On the right-hand side, we find a large dining area covered by a pergola next to a lemon tree. On the other side of the plot (facing the rear part of the bungalow), we have the outdoor kitchen together with some storage cabinets, where the washing machine is also located, along with the sink. All these terrace features are ideal for enjoying family meals and the good weather that the island offers.

As we access the bungalow, we find the living room with a comfortable sofa in front and, on the other side, a small TV unit. Next to the living room, we have the kitchen, where the breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all the latest-generation appliances. From the kitchen, we have access to the small bedroom, perfect for a trundle bed. Next to this room, we have the second bedroom, with a large double bed, two floating bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. Then, we have a modern bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower tray.

All rooms have windows providing brightness throughout the bungalow.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

The complex has landscaped areas, communal swimming pools (one for children), football courts, as well as easy parking areas. There is video surveillance and 24-hour security.

Pets are not allowed.

Price: €1,500 per month with fibre internet included. Water and electricity expenses included up to a limit of €60/month.

Requirements: One month deposit, current month, and one month agency fee + 7% IGIC.
