One of the two terraces has a pine tree in front that provides shade in the early hours of the morning, inviting you to have breakfast there; it also has an electric awning that completely covers it. The other terrace is open and perfect for sunbathing during the day and dining at night while enjoying the wide views. The bedroom has a 150 cm wide double bed, with access to the open terrace. The bathroom is spacious and very bright, with a skylight in the ceiling and a wide built-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with complete utensils, a ceramic hob, an oven, and also a dishwasher.
WiFi is included, as well as a covered outdoor parking space.
The bungalow is part of a community with a large swimming pool, and is just a 15-minute walk from Portet beach or the village of Moraira.
April, May, October: €700/week (minimum 2 weeks; for stays longer than 2 weeks, check for offers). Full month €1,600.

July: €1,000 (minimum 1 week).
August: €1,200 (1 week).
