We have completely renovated the house, aiming for a harmonious Mediterranean style. The living room is spacious, with large windows that offer magnificent views of the sea and mountains, and it also features a sofa bed (160x200), flatscreen TV, fireplace, and air conditioning.

One of the two terraces has a pine tree in front that provides shade during the early hours of the morning, inviting you to have breakfast there; however, it also has an electric awning that fully covers it. The other terrace is uncovered and perfect for sunbathing during the day and dining at night while enjoying the expansive views. The bedroom has a double bed 150 cm wide, with access to the uncovered terrace. The bathroom is spacious and very bright, with a skylight in the ceiling and a wide built-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with complete cookware, ceramic hob, oven, and it has a dishwasher to make your vacation even more enjoyable.

We have WiFi and a covered outdoor parking space.

The bungalow belongs to a community with a large swimming pool and is only a 15-minute walk from Portet beach or the village of Moraira.

April, May, October: €700/week (minimum 2 weeks). For stays longer than 2 weeks, please inquire for offers. Full month: €1600.

June and September: €800/week (minimum 1 week). For stays longer than 2 weeks, please inquire for offers.

July: €1,000 (minimum 1 week).

August: €1,200 (1 week).

From November to March inclusive: €1,200/month + electricity. For stays longer than 3 months in the winter period, special prices apply. Please inquire.
